Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix the sugar, eggs, oil, zucchini and vanilla together, then add the flour, nuts, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder.
    Bake in greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    You can freeze the fresh zucchini and also you can freeze the bread.
