Orange Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin, sprinkled over cottage cheese
    1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained and sliced
    1 small carton nondairy whipped topping
Preparation
    Slice oranges and drained pineapple on paper towels.
    Mix with cottage cheese mixture and fold in whipped topping.
    Can be made a day ahead.
    Serves 12.
