Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 can junior size baby food carrots
Preparation
    Mix in order listed; add nuts if desired.
    Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
