Barbecue Sauce For Poultry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cooking oil or melted butter
    3/4 c. white table wine
    1 clove garlic, minced fine
    1 large onion, minced fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/8 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Let stand overnight, if possible.
    Use for barbecuing chicken.
