Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
2/3 c. cold water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. pumpkin
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
4 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. soda
4 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix ingredients in order given: eggs, cold water, salt, pumpkin, Wesson oil, sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, soda, flour, vanilla and pecans.
Pour into lightly greased and floured loaf pans.
Mini loaf pans are better.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes for mini loaf.
Makes 9.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes for regular loaf.
Use tester to check center.
