Pocket Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sweetener
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. white flour
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients and let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Add salt, flours and oil.
    Mix 5 minutes.
    Let rise.
    Punch down; divide into 12 sections.
    Roll each out.
    Let rise 20 minutes. Place on wire mesh in oven and bake at 475\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
