Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl beat eggs, sugar, oil, milk and vanilla.
    In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and beat 2 minutes. Then add zucchini and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 regular size loaf pans.
    Grease and flour baking pans well.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Also freezes well.
