Don'S Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
juice of 2 lemons
1/4 c. sherry
2 large onions, chopped
2 lb. peeled shrimp
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Chop all vegetables as fine as possible.
Heat butter until it bubbles.
Add chopped vegetables.
Fry until golden brown; add drained tomatoes and half of the juice.
Let cook for 10 minutes. Add shrimp, seasoning and sherry.
Lower fire.
Cover and let steam 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve over fluffy rice.
