Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. raw, unpeeled, grated zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix well. Add dry ingredients that have been sifted together.
    Mix until well blended.
    Pour into 2 regular loaf pans, which have been greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
