Yeast Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkgs. or tbsp of yeast
6 c warm water
6 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp melted shortening
Flour (about 5 lb)
1 tbsp salt
Preparation
-
Use 1 c warm water and dissolve yeast.
Put rest of water in lg. bowl and add sugar, salt and shortening and then add yeast mixture.
Add flour until you can't mix no more.
Put on floured board or table and knead until not sticky.
