Zucchini Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
5 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine (or to taste)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs

Preparation

Mix all together.
Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 25 or 30 minutes.
