Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. salad oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. vanilla
    13 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
    2 c. raw shredded carrots
Preparation
    Mix together the sugar and eggs.
    Then blend well along with the
    oil.
    Mix
    or sift (sift, what's that?) dry ingredients together
    (flour,
    soda,
    salt
    and
    cinnamon).
    Add dry ingredients
    to
    oil mixture.
    Then add vanilla, pineapple (do not drain) and carrots.
    Combine all these ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased and floured bread pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 53 minutes. Makes 3 layers.
