Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, grated
1 c. nuts (your choice)
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice (optional)
Preparation

Mix last 6 ingredients (batter will be real thick).
In a separate bowl mix eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and nuts.
Blend together with zucchini.
Put in two greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
Baking times varies for different ovens.
