Ingredients

2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Combine milk and eggs.
Add cooked rice, raisins, sugar, salt, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Put this dish in a pan of water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until set.
