Margaret'S "Apricot Bread" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. apricots
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Soak apricots in warm water 30 minutes.
    Drain and cut in quarters.
    Cream butter, sugar and egg; blend in apricots and orange juice.
    Add dry ingredients.
