Frozen Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cold milk
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
    24 graham crackers
Preparation
    Add milk to peanut butter and blend until smooth.
    Add pudding. On low speed, beat 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Spread 1/2-inch thick on 12 crackers.
    Top with remaining crackers.
    Press lightly and smooth around edges with spatula. Freeze until firm (about 3 hours).
    Can be stored wrapped in freezer for 3 to 4 days.
    Healthy, tasty dessert or snack for little ones.
