Mother'S Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. soda
2/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
4 mashed ripe bananas
2/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all
ingredients
in a large mixing bowl.
Blend at low speed
1/2 minute, then high speed for 3 minutes, scraping bowl often.
Pour
into
2
greased
and floured loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
