Glazed Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (small size) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 (small size) pkg. tapioca pudding (not instant)
    1 large can chunky or pineapple tidbits (save juice)
    2 firm bananas
    1 jar red maraschino cherries (save juice)
    2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice (optional)
    water (add to fruit juice enough to make 3 c.)
Preparation
    Cook pudding and juice until thick, stirring constantly, as you would in making any pudding.
    Cool and add fruit.
