Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe or overripe bananas (4 if small)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mash bananas with fork.
Stir in all other ingredients.
Pour into a buttered 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 until top is evenly brown.
