Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/2 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    nuts (to sprinkle)
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. zucchini
    1/4 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Dice zucchini; blend oil and zucchini in blender.
    In bowl, cream oleo and sugar.
    Add zucchini and oil, eggs and vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients and sour milk alternately.
    Pour into greased, floured pan, 9 x 13-inch or 2 loaf pans.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Frost or use powdered sugar or serve plain.
    Freezes well.
