Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded raw zucchini, unpeeled
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix sugars, vanilla and eggs well.
    Add oil, then zucchini and mix.
    Stir in dry ingredients and nuts.
    Do not overbeat.
    Put in 2 greased and floured loaf pans and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
    Makes 2 medium or 1 large and 1 small loaf.
