Sausage Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 egg whites
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain. Mix Bisquick, milk, beaten egg and salt. Add sausage to mixture, then cheeses and egg whites. Mixture will be thick. Spread into a greased 11 x 5 or 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes. This may be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen and baked when needed. Good for Christmas morning breakfast. Serves 9 to 12. Can freeze. Can do ahead.
