Date Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
4 eggs (beat well)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
8 oz. candied cherries
8 oz. candied pineapple
2 small pkg. dates
4 c. pecans
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Dredge all fruit and nuts in the cup flour.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat eggs and brown sugar.
Add flour mixture to brown sugar and egg mixture.
Add nuts and fruit mixture.
Mix. Pour into loaf pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
