Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick reduced fat baking mix
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 eggs
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease bottom only of loaf pan, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and top crust is deep golden brown.
Cool 15 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan.
Cool completely before slicing.
Store in refrigerator.
Makes 1 loaf (16 slices).
