Raspberry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. sugarless raspberry jam
    1/2 c. pineapple juice concentrate
    1/2 c. low sodium soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. fresh raspberries
    1/2 c. basil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (only 1/4 cup mashed raspberries and 1/4 cup basil).
    Pour over chicken breasts.
    Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours before cooking.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Garnish with 1/4 cup whole raspberries and 1/4 cup basil.
