Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust
1 egg
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. soft butter
Preparation

Beat well the eggs.
Add the sugar, salt, vanilla and butter and beat until smooth.
Add the cream.
Stir until mixture is well blended.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes, until firm.
