Apricot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large eggs
1/3 c. mashed bananas
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. finely chopped dried apricots
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Beat together eggs and mashed bananas until creamy.
Add water, vanilla and oil and beat.
Measure flour, soda and baking powder.
Beat well.
Stir in chopped apricots.
(These must be chopped very fine in order for them to blend into batter.)
