Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
    2 c. sifted cake flour
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Stir in flour, nuts and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Shape in crescents and bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
