Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    1 c. oil
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    4 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Cream together oleo, oil and sugars.
    Add eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt and cream of tartar.
    Mix well and add nuts.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Pinch into 1-inch balls and press on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 100 cookies.
    Can be stored in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to use.
