Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
3 c. milk
1 large Vanilla Instant Pudding
8 or 12 oz. Cool Whip
OREO cookies (1 large bag, 1 small bag) crushed
Preparation

Cream sugar, butter and cream cheese together.
Pour in 3 cups milk, add Vanilla Instant Pudding, mix well.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Start with crushed oreos, alternate with pudding mixture. 3 or 4 layers.
Chill 4 hours.
