Whipped Potato Casserole(10 To 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    garlic salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Pare and cook potatoes in salt water until tender (30 to 35 minutes).
    Drain, mash and beat in cream cheese and sour cream until light and fluffy.
    Beat in garlic salt and garlic powder. Place in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
