Springerle(Traditional Anise Christmas Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. mixed fruit peel, finely chopped (candied)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. milk
    3/4 tsp. oil of anise (more if anise flavoring)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lemon rind, grated
    flour (up to 5 c., lease amount possible to roll)
Preparation
    Need wooden pattern of springerle rolling pin or other mold (glass dish bottom).
