Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can whole kernel gold corn, drained
    1 small jar diced pimentos, drained
    2 carrots, peeled and grated
    1/2 c. diced onion
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, make dressing by combining sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss to blend.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
