Crisp Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    4 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Thoroughly cream together the sugars, margarine and eggs. Stir in oil and vanilla.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add to creamed mixture; blend well.
    Refrigerate until dough is firm. Form into small round balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fork or fingertips to thin balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
    Makes approximately 5 dozen.
