Potato Salad (With Eggs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    6 oz. sweet pickle relish
    1/4 c. purple onion
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    3 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 small can chopped olives
    chopped celery (if desired)
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, cool, then peel and cut.
    Add all ingredients and mix together.
    Refrigerate.
