Brown Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix shortening, brown sugar and granulated sugar.
Beat in vanilla and eggs.
Add dry ingredients.
Beat well. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of cookie dough 2-inches apart onto cookie sheet.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
