Spicy Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini, squeezed dry
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix dry ingredients in small bowl; add to zucchini mixture. Add nuts. Pour into 2 ungreased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
