Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. white flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. orange juice
2 eggs
1 c. nuts
2 c. fresh cranberries
2 Tbsp. rum extract
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together; cut in butter.
Combine orange rind, orange juice and eggs.
Add to dry ingredients, mixing just to moisten.
Fold in coarsely chopped cranberries, nuts and vanilla.
Turn into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes (or until done).
Slices best the next day.
