Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 can water
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation

Mix all but soup and water.
Make into meat balls and brown in skillet.
Drain.
Stir soup in meat drippings until brown.
Add water.
Mix well.
Add meat balls.
Cover and simmer about 25 minutes.
Serve over rice.
