Shortbread Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 2/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream the shortening, sugars, egg yolks, milk and vanilla.
    Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
    Chill for 1 hour. Roll out and cut.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
