Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    5 Tbsp. of soft butter
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    1 1/3 c. mashed ripe banana
    2 1/2 c. of flour
    1 Tbsp. of baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. of chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
    Beat sugar and butter in a large bowl until creamy.
    Add eggs and bananas.
    Add flour, soda and salt.
    Fold in walnuts. Pour into pan.
    Bake 1 hour.
