Empanadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sticks butter
    8 oz. cream cheese
    4 c. flour
    pineapple preserves
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix flour, cream cheese and butter.
    Roll out dough and cut circles of dough about 4 inches across.
    Put 1 teaspoon of pineapple preserves in each dough circle.
    Fold the dough over, turnover style; crimp edges with fork.
    Brush with egg white. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
