1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. cake mix
1 stick butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
Preparation

Place dry cake mix in a large bowl, then add softened butter and egg. Blend thoroughly.
Place dough on lightly floured pastry sheet and roll with rolling pin to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into desired shape.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 6 to 10 minutes. Makes 3 to 4 dozen 2-inch cookies or 12 to 15 (4-inch) cookies.
