Ricotta Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter, softened
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients.
    Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
    If batter is sticky, add more flour.
    Drop by teaspoon onto greased and floured cookie sheet.
    (Cookie does not spread out.)
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cool and frost.
