Triple Layer Chocolate Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa, divided
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. butter or melted margarine
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup cocoa, sugar and butter.
    Press firmly on 13 x 9-inch pan.
    In large mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, flour, remaining 1/4 cup cocoa, egg, vanilla and baking powder.
    Stir in nuts.
    Stir evenly over prepared crust.
    Top
    with semi-sweet chocolate chips.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
    Cool.
    Cut into bars. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
    Yield: 24 to 36 bars.
