Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. biscuits (can)
2 tsp. mustard
4 c. thin sliced zucchini
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Press dough into 10-inch pie plate to form crust.
Spread with mustard.
Saute zucchini and onion in margarine in skillet until tender.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
