Light And Tasty Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. dry milk powder
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
4 chicken breasts, skinned
Preparation

Combine dry milk powder, poultry seasoning, dry mustard, parsley flakes, paprika, instant bouillon, salt and pepper in bowl.
Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Roll in seasoning mixture, coating well.
Place in baking pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour. Yield:
4 servings.
