Rolled Oats Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rolled oats
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. white sugar
1 Tbsp. melted Spry or Crisco
1 yeast cake, softened in 1/2 c. lukewarm water
4 1/2 c. sifted flour (do not use self-rising)
Preparation

Mix cornmeal and hot water to form a thick batter.
Fry in greased skillet or bake in hot oven.
