Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage, crumbled, cooked and drained
    1 jar Cheez Whiz (jalapeno if desired)
    1 head cabbage, boiled, drained and shredded
    1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
    3 to 4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Add rice, one spoon at a time.
    Mix thoroughly after each spoonful until casserole is of desired consistency.
    Cover with Italian bread crumbs (optional) and bake at 300\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour.
