Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large pkg. cream cheese
    12 oz. New York sharp cheese
    3/4 pkg. Hidden Valley party dip
    chopped nuts
    sour cream (optional, to make creamy)
Preparation
    Have both cheeses at room temperature.
    Grate sharp cheese and mix together.
    Roll into 3 fist size balls.
    Roll in nuts.
    Wrap in wax paper and aluminum foil.
    Store in refrigerator.
